- 01This is the most common technical issue. The system requires specific formats to ensure the Saudi government accepts your file. Please check the following: File Format: Ensure your image is in JPG (JPEG) or PNG format. PDF files are not accepted for photos. File Size: The file size should typically be under 2MB. If your photo is high-resolution, please compress it before uploading. Filename: Avoid special characters (e.g., *, #, @) in the file name. Rename it to something simple like passport.jpg.
- 02Automated emails are sent instantly, but delivery can sometimes be delayed or blocked. Check Spam/Junk: 90% of missing emails land in the Spam or Junk folder. Wait 10 Minutes: Sometimes server delays occur. Typo Check: If you still haven't received it, you may have misspelled your email address during registration. Please Contact Us immediately with your passport number so we can correct your email on file and resend the notification.
- 03Our platform is optimized for all devices, but for the most stable experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer with Google Chrome or Safari. If you encounter a glitch or a "frozen" page on a mobile device, please try switching to a desktop. Pro Tip: If the page behaves oddly, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies or opening the application in "Incognito/Private" mode.
- 04For your security and to protect sensitive personal data (passport numbers, dates of birth), our system has a security timeout feature. If the page remains inactive for more than 20 minutes, the session will expire. Solution: Please ensure you have all your documents (passport, credit card) ready before starting the application to complete it in one smooth session.
- 05The E-Visa is sent as a standard PDF document. If you cannot open it: Ensure you have a PDF reader installed (like Adobe Acrobat Reader). If viewing on a mobile phone, check your "Files" or "Downloads" folder, as the file might have saved automatically rather than opening. If the file appears corrupted, please log in to our Track Visa Status page to download a fresh copy directly from our server.
- 06Do not try to submit again immediately to avoid duplicate charges. First, check your email inbox for a confirmation receipt. Second, check your bank statement to see if the transaction was processed. If you have no email and no charge, the submission failed. You may try again. If you are unsure, use the Contact Us page before re-applying.
- 07Sometimes browser auto-fill settings interfere with date pickers. Fix: Instead of typing the date, click the calendar icon and navigate manually to your year of birth first, then the month, then the day. This ensures the date format matches the system requirements (DD/MM/YYYY) exactly.
