- 01To successfully apply, your passport must meet specific Saudi visa requirements: Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended date of entry into the Kingdom. Condition: It must be in good condition without severe damage. Pages: While the visa is electronic, it is recommended to have at least two blank pages for entry stamps upon arrival. For a checklist of eligible nationalities, please visit our Visa Types and Prices page.
- 02No. The Saudi E-Visa application process is 100% digital. You do not need to mail your physical passport or visit a consulate. You only need to upload a high-quality scanned copy of your passport's biographical page (the page with your photo and details) during the online process described in our How to Apply guide.
- 03The Saudi Ministry is strict about the visa photo requirements. Your digital photo must meet these criteria: Background: Must be purely white. Photos with colored or dark backgrounds are often rejected. Format: JPG or JPEG format. Size: Generally between 5KB and 100KB, with dimensions around 200x200 pixels. Expression: A neutral facial expression facing the camera directly. Attire: Head coverings for religious reasons are permitted, provided the face is clearly visible from hairline to chin.
- 04Yes. Our platform is designed to facilitate Saudi E-Visa group applications. You do not need to fill out separate forms from scratch for every family member. You can create a primary application and then select the "Add Applicant" option to include your spouse, children, or parents in a single submission session. Start your family's journey on our Apply Saudi Visa page.
- 05No. Unlike traditional consular visas, the Saudi E-Visa requirements do not mandate proof of a confirmed flight ticket or a hotel reservation during the application stage. You can apply for your visa first and book your travel arrangements after your visa is approved, giving you greater flexibility.
- 06This depends on your residency status. While the standard E-Visa is based on nationality, there is a specific "Visa Waiver" scheme for permanent residents of the USA, UK, or EU (Schengen). If you hold a valid permanent residence permit (like a Green Card or BRP) from these regions, you may be eligible to apply online or obtain a visa on arrival. Please verify your specific status on our Visa Types and Prices page before applying.
- 07No. The online application form is in English, and you can enter your details in English characters. The Saudi E-Visa system is designed for international travelers, so there is no need for sworn Arabic translations of your passport or personal details. Simply ensure the information matches your passport exactly.
