- 01It depends strictly on the status of your application. If the visa is NOT yet issued: Please Contact Us immediately! We might be able to intercept and correct the data before it is sent to the Saudi government system. If the visa IS already issued: Unfortunately, corrections are impossible. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not allow modifying an issued document. You will need to submit a fresh application and pay the fees again to obtain a new visa with the correct details.
- 02Rejections are rare but can occur for specific reasons. The government usually does not provide a detailed explanation, but common causes include: Photo Issues: The uploaded photo was blurry, too dark, or did not have a white background. Action: Before re-applying, try to identify the potential error (e.g., take a new, clearer photo or double-check every digit of your passport number). Since the Saudi E-Visa is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance, you are free to enter the Kingdom on any date within that 1-year window, regardless of the date you initially wrote on the form.
- 07You must enter Saudi Arabia with the same physical passport you used to apply for the visa. Example: If you applied with your UK passport but try to travel with your Nigerian passport (which doesn't have the visa linked), you will be denied entry. Always carry the passport that matches the E-Visa.
