Mandatory Conditions for Group B: You must meet one of the following conditions to apply online:
Hold a valid Tourist or Business Visa from the USA, UK, or Schengen Area that has been used at least once (stamped) to enter the issuing country.
Hold Permanent Residence in the US, UK, or any EU country.
Hold a valid Residence Permit from a GCC country (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, UAE) with a "Professional" job title. Restricted Jurisdictions & Sanctions Policy: In strict compliance with UK (OFSI), UN, and international (OFAC) sanctions and regulations, Migraglobal Soluciones LTD does not provide services, process payments, or accept e-visa applications from citizens or residents of restricted, sanctioned, or high-risk jurisdictions. This includes, but is not limited to: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Yemen, and specific restricted regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk). Any orders originating from or associated with these jurisdictions will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
MANDATORY VERIFICATION & PROOF OF TRAVEL
Merely possessing a valid US, UK, or Schengen visa is NOT sufficient. To process your application under Group B, you are strictly required to provide undeniable documentary evidence of its prior use.
Document Request: During the document verification stage, our specialists will explicitly request a clear, scanned copy of the physical entry stamp placed by border control in your passport, proving you have entered the issuing country at least once.
Failure to Provide Proof: If you apply under Group B but fail to submit this requested stamped proof, or if you provide fraudulent documents, your application will be immediately suspended. As per our Refund Policy, no refunds will be issued for applications halted due to the applicant's failure to meet and prove these mandatory government criteria.
⚠️ Crucial Requirement: Eligibility is based on your nationality (passport). If your country is in this list but you do not hold a valid US/UK/Schengen visa or GCC residency, you must contact the nearest Saudi Arabia Embassy.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Which countries are eligible for Saudi E-Visa?
Currently, over 60 countries (Group A) are eligible for the standard E-Visa using only their passport. This includes the USA, UK, Canada, all EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, and select Asian nations. Citizens of other countries (Group B) may apply if they hold a valid US, UK, or Schengen visa.
Can I perform Umrah with a Tourist Visa?
Yes. The Saudi Tourist E-Visa allows all eligible holders to perform Umrah. However, it is not valid for the Hajj pilgrimage. For Hajj, a specific visa must be obtained through the Ministry of Hajj.
What if I have dual citizenship?
If you hold dual citizenship, you must apply using the passport of the eligible country (Group A). You must also use that same passport to travel and enter Saudi Arabia.
🚀 Expert Advice: Do not mix up your passports. If you apply with your Canadian passport, you must present your Canadian passport at the boarding gate and Saudi immigration. Using a different passport will result in denied entry.
What happens if my visa is rejected?
Visa rejections are rare for eligible nationalities if the data is entered correctly. However, government fees are generally non-refundable. To avoid errors, ensure your photo meets the standards and your passport data matches exactly. You can read more about common issues on our Visa Application Issues page.
