Terms & Conditions

Welcome to evisaudi.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our professional consultancy services. By accessing this website and utilizing our application management system, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Service Definition

evisaudi.com, operated by Migraglobal Soluciones LTD, provides specialized consultancy and administrative assistance for Saudi Arabia E-Visa applications. We act as a private agent on behalf of the applicant. We are not the Saudi Government, nor are we affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or any embassy.

2. Professional Fees and Payment

Our agency offers two premium service tiers for managing your application process. By proceeding with an application, you agree to pay the following All-Inclusive professional fees:

  • Standard Service: $185.00 USD (Includes Gov. Fee + Medical Insurance + Consultancy).

  • Express Service: $250.00 USD (Priority handling + Gov. Fee + Medical Insurance).

Important: Unlike other agencies, these fees include the mandatory government visa costs and medical insurance fees required by the State of Saudi Arabia. You make a single payment to us, and we handle the official payments on your behalf.

3. User Obligations and Accuracy

The applicant is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any errors, typos, or fraudulent documents submitted by the user may lead to visa rejection. Migraglobal Soluciones LTD is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the user (e.g., wrong passport number or date of birth).

4. Processing Times

  • Standard ($185): Applications are processed within 2-5 Business Days according to the standard ministry workflow.

  • Express ($250): Applications receive Priority Status, are assigned to a senior specialist, and are submitted for expedited processing (target time: 12-24 Hours).

Note: While we ensure rapid submission, the final processing time of the E-Visa itself is determined solely by the Saudi Authorities.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Post-Submission: Once our specialists have reviewed and submitted your application to the Saudi Government system, the total fee is non-refundable. This is because the government fees and insurance costs are paid instantly and are not returned by the authorities.

  • Pre-Submission: If a cancellation request is made before the government submission, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs for the work already performed.

6. Limitation of Liability

evisaudi.com cannot guarantee that the Saudi Government will approve your visa. Approval or denial is at the sole discretion of the immigration authorities. We are not liable for any financial losses (including flights, hotels, or tour packages) arising from visa denials, delays, or processing errors by the government.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and the unique application interface, is the property of Migraglobal Soluciones LTD. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

Section: Travel Health Insurance Procurement Services

1. Government-Mandated Coverage

As per the strict regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, obtaining Mandatory Medical Insurance is a legal requirement for all E-Visa applicants. This insurance policy is automatically generated, processed, and directly linked to your visa application through the official Saudi government network.

2. Integrated Insurance Framework

Please be advised that external or private travel insurance policies are not accepted for the Saudi E-Visa process. The mandatory health insurance must be procured exclusively through the Saudi government's approved providers during the visa issuance. Our All-Inclusive processing fee ($185 or $250) completely covers this mandatory government insurance premium. You do not need to purchase any additional health insurance for your visa approval.

3. Third-Party Provider Agreement

The issued medical insurance policy forms a direct legal contract between you (the applicant) and the Saudi-approved insurance provider assigned by the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI). evisaudi.com acts strictly as an administrative processing agent. We bear no liability for medical claims, hospital bills, or coverage disputes within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All claims for medical services must be directed to the designated insurance provider listed on your final policy certificate.

4. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

The cost of the Mandatory Medical Insurance is paid instantly and directly to the Saudi authorities upon the submission of your application. Due to this automated government process, the insurance portion of the fee is 100% non-refundable once submitted. This strict no-refund policy applies even if your visa application is ultimately rejected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or if you decide to cancel your travel plans.
