1. Scope of the Service Agreement

Our agreement covers the professional management and consultancy for Saudi Arabia E-Visa applications. This includes:

  • Error correction and data optimization for government submission (MOFA).

  • Mandatory Medical Insurance registration processing.

  • Management of communication with the relevant Saudi authorities.

  • 24/7 specialized support regarding the application status.

2. Service Tiers and Compensation

By choosing our services, you agree to the following non-refundable professional fee structure:

  • Standard Service ($185.00 USD): Comprehensive processing, including Government Fees and Mandatory Medical Insurance.

  • Express Service ($250.00 USD): Priority handling, dedicated senior specialist assignment, and accelerated submission for urgent travel.

Payment Terms: Fees are payable in full upon submission of the application through our portal. This fee covers our professional time, administrative handling, and government costs.

3. Electronic Signature and Consent

By clicking "Submit" or "Pay Now", you provide your explicit consent for Migraglobal Soluciones LTD to act as your authorized representative for the sole purpose of processing your Saudi Arabia E-Visa. You acknowledge that your digital interaction with our website constitutes a valid electronic signature under the UK Electronic Communications Act 2000.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and proprietary application systems on evisaudi.com are the exclusive property of Migraglobal Soluciones LTD. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our legal templates, website structure, or service marks is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Processing Agreement

In line with our Privacy Policy, we process your data strictly to fulfill our service agreement. You agree that your information will be shared with the Saudi Government and authorized Insurance Providers as part of the legal visa application process. We maintain high-level encryption standards to protect this data exchange.

6. Termination of Agreement

  • By the User: You may request to terminate this agreement at any time before your application is submitted to the government. Refund eligibility is determined based on the work already performed by our specialists.

  • By the Agency: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if fraudulent information is provided or if the applicant violates our corporate conduct standards.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These legal agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.
